Cebuana Cycle Financing Inc. ("the Company") hereby establishes this Data Privacy Consent & Authorization in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

We hereby certify that all the information furnished in this Loan Application Form (LAF) is true, correct, and complete. I/We further certify that the signatures affixed herein are true and genuine.

I/We hereby authorize CCFI to obtain and verify such information as may be required concerning the validity and veracity of the information provided in this application. I/We agree that this LAF, all supporting documents, and any other information obtained by CCFI relative to this application shall remain as the property of CCFI whether or not the loan is granted.

I/We consent to the forfeiture of the processing fee paid to CCFI in case I/we cancel, withdraw, or terminate my/our loan application without the fault of CCFI. I/We agree that any false statement or concealment of information discovered after the loan has been granted shall be sufficient basis for CCFI to consider the loan as due and demandable.

In the event the present Loan Application is granted by CCFI, I/We hereby consent to be contacted before 6:00 A.M. or after 10:00 P.M., solely for collection purposes when the subject loan is past due for more than fifteen (15) days.

DATA PRIVACY CONSENT & AUTHORIZATION

The Borrower acknowledges and agrees that CCFI will collect, process, and store personal information ("Personal Information") for the purpose of evaluating the loan application and for legitimate business purposes in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

The Borrower hereby authorizes CCFI, directly or through its partners, to collect, retrieve, process, use, and store Personal Information including but not limited to: name, age, photographs, mobile numbers, employment details, income, financial data, financial profile, credit standing, loan payment history, and other means of positive identification.

The Borrower further consents to the collection of personal data from telecommunication companies, banks, credit bureaus, payment platforms, airlines, utility companies, suppliers, and employers for credit evaluation purposes. This consent extends to the disclosure and collection of information from the aforementioned institutions in case of loan restructuring.

Personal Information will be treated as confidential data and will only be disclosed, subject to CCFI's permission, to CCFI's affiliates and partners including credit bureaus, collection companies, and other financial institutions for the purpose of assisting with financial needs and effective account handling.

Throughout the processing of Personal Information, the Borrower's rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 shall be upheld, including: (1) right to be informed, (2) right to object, (3) right to access, (4) right to rectification, (5) right to erasure or blocking, and (6) right to damages. All personal information collected will be stored in secured locations and retained in accordance with CCFI's retention policies. Only authorized employees will have access to this information.

The Borrower acknowledges that a cooling-off period of three (3) business days shall be applied following the execution of this transaction. The Borrower may cancel this transaction without penalty during this period; however, nothing herein prevents CCFI from recovering processing costs incurred.

By signing below, the Borrower acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Data Privacy Consent & Authorization.

Cebuana Cycle Financing Inc. (“the Company”) implements this No Refund Policy to address instances of falsified or misleading documents submitted during loan applications. This Policy protects the Company’s interests and maintains integrity in all transactions.

This Policy applies to all applicants for a Brand New Motorcycle Loan who have paid a down payment as part of the application process.

By signing this document, the Borrower acknowledges that if any submitted document is found to be falsified or misleading, the down payment shall be fully forfeited. The Company reserves the right to file any applicable legal action against the Borrower.

The Borrower understands that the down payment covers administrative and processing costs. Therefore, in cases of falsification or misrepresentation, the Company is not liable to refund any amount paid.

The Borrower waives any claim for refund or reimbursement of the down payment in such instances.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be filed exclusively in Pasay City, at the option of the Company, and the parties consent to such jurisdiction.

A cooling-off period of three (3) business days from the execution of this document shall apply. The Borrower may cancel the transaction within this period without penalty. However, the Company may recover processing costs already incurred.
